Philanthropy

The directors of Plato Consulting feel a strong desire to contribute to the education and development of under-served children as their belief is that education is the key to breaking the debilitating cycle of poverty.

Plato Consulting works toward this goal by sponsoring classrooms and providing financial support for academic programs at local elementary schools; sponsoring several students and donating reading textbooks, educational materials and other needed equipment and supplies to Operation Restoration Christian School in Trench Town, Jamaica; co-chairing the Rotary Club of West Palm Beach Dictionary donation project and supporting the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts' Corporate Partners program in its mission to support and enable the Kravis Center to continue its extensive educational and community outreach programs.

Plato Consulting, Inc. demonstrates its commitment to the environment by being a corporate sponsor for the Florida Earth Foundation, and a student sponsor with UNESCO-IHE, the "Institute for Water Education". UNESCO-IHE is working with FEF in developing an Everglades study program as part of IHE's curriculum.
